GUILLERMO holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston, MA. He also received a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from ITESM, Mexico.

Guillermo is Partner and Founder of BP&S Strategy Consulting. He has more than 25 years of consulting experience.
Throughout his consulting career, Guillermo has served clients in the Automotive Industry and Services, consumer goods, retail, media & entertainment, oil & gas, transportation and financial services, in 27 countries in 3 continents. Guillermo’s work in these industries has emphasized corporate strategy, business unit strategy, profit and revenue improvement, performance improvement programs, experience (customer and employee) strategy programs and organizational architecture and effectiveness.
Prior to joining BP&S, Guillermo was a partner at another two top firms; chief strategy and transformation officer of different multinational companies (Automotive, retail, wholesalers, financial services) based in LATAM and North America, where he led a turn around of some of its operations.
Currently, Guillermo is also a board member of several companies focused on the Automotive, transportation, consumer goods, retail, and educational Services.
Guillermo also is member and parter of some of the most recognized consulting organizations like UMBREX, Guidepoint, etc..
