Strategic Thinking​

For the development of scenarios it is important to consider that organizations may be or seek to be in two key moments, one is the origin, the base where everything started, where the original vision of the business was formulated and the dreams were established to take that organization to its full potential, for this it is relevant to consider that the organization and its operating model are fully aligned and linked to the strategy, that the capabilities of the team are defined and developed, develop a culture of accountability and even a high focus on the execution of the strategy on time and with the agreed budget through a stratex.
